Your Role as a Transportation Project Manager:


Lead transportation infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence. Cultivate strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities to support the firm's continued growth. Mentor and manage project teams, providing technical guidance and oversight. Coordinate with public agencies at the city, county, and state levels, ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding requirements. Prepare proposals, reports, and feasibility studies for transportation projects. Apply innovative design solutions to complex transportation challenges using cutting-edge tools and industry best practices.

What You'll Contribute:


A passion for taking on new challenges and continuously developing skills in a full-service engineering firm. Strong project management leadership capabilities, with a track record of delivering successful transportation projects. A service-oriented mindset and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ability to solve complex problems through creativity, collaboration, and professional judgment.

What You Need to Succeed:


Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or a related field) from an ABET-accredited program. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana (or ability to obtain). 7+ years of experience designing transportation infrastructure projects. Project management experience with INDOT, ODOT, and municipal projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D (required); experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads, and GIS is a plus. Strong understanding of transportation design standards, regulations, and funding processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
