Bulkmatic is hiring a Transportation Operations Planner to join our Extended Coverage team.

In this vital role, you'll be part of a team that supports our transportation network during non-standard hours. As an Extended Coverage Planner, you'll tackle real-time logistics challenges in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, ensuring smooth operations and timely solutions. You'll serve as a key resource for our Class A CDL bulk tractor-trailer drivers, customers, and vendors providing critical support and coordination after hours.

Schedule:

Sunday thru Friday; 11:30PM - 7:30AM

Job Requirements: As an extended coverage team member of the Transportation Operations Planner group, you will:
Facilitate solutions to customer needs through problem solving and critical thinking. Monitoring deliveries and help successfully fulfill supply chain commitments. Ensure compliance with governmental regulations. Effectively communicate challenges while maintaining composure under pressure while managing time-sensitive tasks .

Requirements:

Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred 2 years of management experience preferred Prior experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics strongly preferred Familiarity with DOT regulations and transportation compliance standards Excellent computer literacy and the abiity to learn new programs Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
