Job Description

Our experienced Lawrenceville, GA Drainage Team is seeking a civil engineering student to join our team for Summer 2026 to train and mentor as a Drainage Intern.


Internship Description

:


Work alongside our dynamic team and be exposed to many aspects of drainage engineering including post-construction and construction stormwater management, stormwater drainage systems design, stormwater permitting, and H&H modeling bridges and culverts. Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, and calculations related to drainage, E&S Control, LID/GI, and Stormwater Control Measures (SCMs). Receive real-world experience and training in industry-related software such as ArcGIS, Microstation, HydraCAD, Hydraflow, PondPack, StormCAD, Autodesk SSA, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and HY-8. Gain experience in the competitive consulting engineering industry. The successful candidate will be a strong team player with a commitment to becoming a key member of this highly productive design team.

Requirements:




Must be pursuing a civil engineering degree from an ABET accredited program. Strong interest in pursuing a career in drainage/stormwater engineering. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
