We are seeking a reliable and compassionate

Transportation Driver (STNA)

to join our skilled nursing facility team in

Madison, Ohio

. This position is responsible for safely transporting residents to and from medical appointments and facility-related outings while providing supportive resident care as needed.

Position Summary

The Transportation Driver supports resident travel needs and assists with personal care, mobility support, and comfort during transport. This role requires professionalism, patience, and a commitment to resident safety and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy visits, and community outings Assist residents with entering, exiting, and safely positioning in the vehicle Ensure vehicle maintenance checks and cleanliness Support residents with ADLs during transport as needed Communicate professionally with residents, families, and healthcare providers Follow all safety, infection control, and resident care protocols Maintain transport schedules and required documentation

Required Qualifications

Active

STNA license in the State of Ohio

Valid

Ohio driver's license

with clean driving record Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to assist residents with mobility and support needs Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
