Job Description

We are searching for our next team members in the roles of Transportation Coordinator. Grant Built Transportation, LLC is a growing liquid transportation company specializing in refined fuels, LPG, liquid fertilizers and NH3, based in York, NE. Monitor fuel inventory levels & communicate with customers to gain an understanding of load needs.

Collaborate with other Transportation Coordinators to develop daily fuel delivery schedules and make changes as needed throughout the day.

Communicate with drivers to ensure customers' needs are being met.

Assist drivers by coordinating and resolving loading or unloading issues.

Provide timely response to both internal and external parties on all delivery matters.

Assist senior management in actively searching for new revenue generating opportunities.

Bachelors or associates in business related field or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 2 years experience in a professional office setting

Proficient with technology, specifically Microsoft programs

Strong ability to work well and collaborate with others

Strong ability to multitask

Professional communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to create systems to remain organized

Ability to maintain and meet tight deadlines

Ability to think critically in terms of timing and geography

Refined fuel &/or transportation industry experience

$75,000 - $80,000 annual salary

Weekly paychecks via direct deposit

Training Period: 8:00 - 5:30 Monday - Friday

Rotating 4 days on 4 days off work schedule after management feels training period has been completed

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
