Vodec is seeking to hire a part-time

Transportation Coordinator

to join our team.. This position would assist the Transportation Supervisor and transportation team.

Available Position:

Wage: $18.75 per hour

Hiring Bonus: $1,000 (paid in one installment after 6 months continued employment)

Shift: Monday-Friday; 1 PM to 5 PM

Position: Part-time, Hourly

This position coordinates activities related to dispatching, routing, tracking and vehicle maintenance. Serve as support and backup to the Transportation Supervisor. Transport persons with disabilities using organization vehicles. Ensure adherence to safety rules and assist passengers in boarding or exiting a vehicle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinates activities related to dispatching, routing, tracking and vehicle maintenance Support and backup to Transportation Supervisor Transport clients using organizational vehicles Promote and encourage community integration and socialization opportunities in a positive manner. Support and enrich the lives of individuals Ensure all needs are addressed in a respectful manner with dignity and personal choice Complete and maintain required documentation and trainings

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 19 years of age High school or equivalent diploma Valid driver's license One year's experience performing similar functions in a similar organization preferred Knowledge of vehicle maintenance Satisfactory driving record Able to pass a background check
