Job Description


Parametrix, a leading engineering, planning, environmental sciences and construction management consulting firm, is seeking a TRANSPORTATION CIVIL ENGINEER to join our well-established team of dedicated professionals in Boise, Idaho in support of long-term projects needs for crucial infrastructure work. This position will be focused on transportation design and may involve some construction administration/observation. This position has the flexibility to work remotely when not on-site with the client.

We are working on transportation construction projects throughout the Pacific Northwest and are proud to have an established relationship with a range of clients, providing us the opportunity to support and enhance the communities in which we live and work.

WHO YOU ARE:

Dedicated & Experienced: You have 2+ years of consulting experience related to transportation design. Degree in Civil Engineering. Preferred proficiency in Civil 3d and/or Microstation.

Skilled in Project Delivery: Demonstrated experience and success in implementing and delivering complex projects while developing strong rapport with our clients.

Relationship-focused: Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, great teammate, and you thrive on developing rapport with others to maintain quality delivery. The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Base salary for this position is in the range of $65,000-$85,000. Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, location, and role. For all positions we conduct an equity review. Employee-owners are all eligible for performance-based bonuses based on key contributions. Salaries are reviewed at least once annually as part of our compensation program. We are transparent in our salary discussions and look forward to sharing more about our compensation structure and the value of being an employee-owner.
