Transportation Associate Attorney
Location: Houston, TX Overview
The Houston, TX office of a full-service AmLaw 100 firm is actively seeking an attorney to join its Transportation Practice. The firm has a robust nationwide partnership with transportation and logistics corporate and governmental entities, and provides a large variety of complex and interesting litigation for its team members.
Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Texas and have at least three (3) years of insurance defense experience handling matters involving heavy trucking/tractor trailer and cargo and freight carriers.
• Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting initial pleadings, responding to discovery, drafting as well as arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions.
• Candidates must have strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
