Job Description

Job Title: Transportation Dispatcher Purpose The dispatcher serves as an integral part of the company\xe2\x80\x99s operation by providing the appropriate resources necessary to facilitate the scheduling of non-emergency company vehicles to handle the daily needs. Essential Job Functions

• Provides quality customer service when dealing with customers and employees. This process is often handled over the telephone and other electronic means of communications.
• Utilizes information received from the caller to determine priority and nature of call, assign and dispatch appropriate vehicle
• Transmits call information to personnel
• Ensures calls are prioritized in accordance with company Standard Operating Guidelines
• Posts unassigned vehicles to predetermined posting locations to ensure minimum response times
• Must be able to physically report to work in a timely manner on a regular basis

Job Qualifications Knowledge: \xc2\xb7*****Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)

• Familiarity with local geographical region (Miami)
• Use of computer

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits:

• Monday to Friday

• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
