Overview
Our Transition Change of Address Specialists inspect and update the mailing address on accounts to ensure all bills come directly to Conservice. For specific management companies, you will also be in communication with the client to obtain account information related to Change of Address, authorization, billing, and logins. You also work with utility providers to resolve account authorization issues, which will allow you to work with them on the client's behalf. Your ability to collaborate effectively with your team, utility providers, and the client is key to helping you get your accounts taken care of in a timely manner. Responsibilities
Inspect and update mailing addresses to make sure bills come to Conservice
Communicate with utility providers and clients on the phone and through email
Set up Continuous Service Agreements and Landlord Agreements
Work with utility providers and clients to resolve any authorization issues
Explain a complex idea, both verbally and in writing, using clear, professional, language
Phone use: about 70% of the day with utility providers.
