Job Description


As part of our home selling and buying process, we need a motivated and can work remotely as a Transaction coordinator to oversee contracts. The goal of this position is to oversee transactions from start to finish, ensuring all offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth, successful sale.   • Generating and updating property listings on multiple real estate websites
  • Creating an escrow account
  • Scheduling and attending necessary inspections for the listing
  • Working with the seller to ensure all inspectors can work freely on the property when needed
  • Managing repairs to ensure they happen on time and within budget
  • Facilitating communication between everyone involved so everyone knows the project\'s progress
  • Ensuring that contractors adhere to compliance standards
  • Ensuring completion of the necessary documents by their respective deadlines
  • Facilitating the listing closing
  • Planning the post-closing, follow-up appointments, and check-ins
  • Retrieving testimonials and reviews from both buyers and sellers to promote the business
Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing all administrative matters related to a real estate transaction
  • Ensuring real estate agents, their clients, and all relevant parties complete the paperwork
  • Ensuring all necessary documents, such as assessments, loans, and appraisals are duly signed
  • Scheduling inspections, repairs, and assessments to ensure all codes and ordinances are met
  • Coordinating communication between sellers and buyers to facilitate quick and convenient transactions
  • Scheduling meetings and events that facilitate the closing process such as lunches and meetings at the listing
  • Recording and documenting client information into a customer management system and ensuring the submission of the right documents to the right channels
Transaction Coordinator Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous project management experience
  • Extensive communication skills
  • Highly dependable
  • Strong analytical skills
  • MS Office proficient
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • Bonus pay
Experience:
  • Project management: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: Remote
