We are currently seeking a

part-time with the opportunity to a full-time

, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented

Transaction Coordinator

to support our growing operations.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Manage all administrative and organizational tasks related to real estate transactions from contract to closing

Act as a liaison between agents, clients, and title partners to ensure a smooth transaction process

Review, track, and manage transaction documents for accuracy and compliance

Monitor and manage critical dates and deadlines throughout the transaction lifecycle

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and agents regarding transaction status

Work with buyers, sellers, and internal teams to clear requirements and conditions

Collaborate effectively with internal sales and operations teams to ensure seamless closings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail with a high level of professionalism

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure
