Billing and Pricing Product Manager





The Billing and Pricing Product team drives the strategy, development, and optimization of billing and pricing capabilities, including automation, deal management, and client-facing account analysis. This role is critical for developing scalable and controlled end-to-end billing and pricing products that significantly impact clients and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include designing and enabling new fee structures, establishing commercial pricing strategies, and ensuring robust governance.



Candidates must have experience in the financial or banking industry. Strong knowledge of payments and billing systems is highly preferred. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate extensively with other product teams, engineering, and cross-functional partners (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations) to deliver innovative product features that meet client needs


Responsibilities include:




Develop and execute a clearly defined product roadmap to build billing and commercial product features to solve for scale, automation and Client facing commercial features Identify industry and client needs and disruption opportunities, guiding interdisciplinary teams to deliver innovative banking products to market. Establish or participate in Agile rituals which establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of capabilities. Own direct delivery of key product offerings including building business case, requirements, go-to-market and commercialization strategy, testing and ongoing product management and monitoring Accountability and responsibility towards product metrics defining performance and successes (KPIs), as well as monitoring ongoing usage Use data to uncover trends and identify opportunities, track performance, and drive discussion on product roadmap Evangelize digital platform capabilities with our Sales, Implementation and Servicing partners and support Go to market execution of products Think deeply about the risks facing our products and technology; Manage these risks transparently along with 2nd and 3rd lines of defense Develop and nurture collaborative working relationships with key internal partners including business teams, various product teams, and enterprise technology organizations

Ideal candidate has:




Experience in product management or product sales or operations in transaction banking or cash/treasury management Experience in translating business strategy and analysis into product features Basic understanding of transaction banking / billing / transaction monitoring / payment rail knowledge / digital or api channels for banking / digital products Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills. Experience working with Agile Methodologies Exceptional communication skills- someone who is an engaging storyteller and is at ease presenting to executives Blend of both strategic and tactical thinking- someone who can identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts, and then organize thematic work areas in deep detail, thus aligning long term vision with iterative execution Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization Experience working with legal, compliance, risk and regulatory requirements with respect to web platforms and client communication Risk focused with an understanding of the impact of our products in a regulated industry, working alongside our Legal, Risk and Compliance colleagues Comfortable in the fast lane: Experience with driving rapid team and product growth Mission Driven: Must be a strong believer in the team and mission Inclusive Culture: Considerate to the cultural differences of team and a diverse user-base Forward thinking: Anticipation of organizational needs for efficiency


Basic Qualifications




Bachelor's Degree or military experience 3-5 years of experience in financial or technical product management / software development / corporate payments / treasury management / operations role in transaction banking

Preferred Qualifications




Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics or Engineering MBA or Master's degree 3+ years of experience in a banking or financial corporation 3+ years of experience in product management, translating business or Client needs into products
