The Training lead at Saddle Creek Logistics is responsible for directing and guiding Training Leads and Training Associates in effectively carrying out their training responsibilities. This role collaborates closely with operational leaders to deliver and document standardized training programs. The Training Coordinator also conducts "Train-the-Trainer" sessions to ensure consistency and accuracy in the training process across all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Oversight:
+ Provide direct oversight for and guidance to Training Leads and Associates to ensure successful execution of training responsibilities.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for training personnel and operational leadership.
Training & Delivery:
+ Collaborate with operational leaders to identify, document, and implement training requirements.
+ Roll out standardized training programs for both training personnel and associates.
+ Conduct "Train-the-Trainer" sessions to ensure uniformity in training delivery.
Quality Assurance & Evaluation:
+ Regularly document and audit training sessions to ensure compliance with company standards.
+ Work with operational leaders to observe training and recommend improvements.
