Location Details:

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

As a Training Facilitator, you will deliver classroom learning, on-the-job, and performance coaching both onsite and virtually while working to develop expertise across multiple business units that result in the achievement of business goals that drive revenue optimization. You will provide ongoing feedback on new learning programs and evaluate existing learning programs for continuous improvement opportunities. The training content you will facilitate uses multiple delivery methods such as computer-based, web-based, virtual classrooms, electronic support tools, and simulations. As a Training Facilitator, you will participate in projects and work in onsite and virtual groups to promote/develop/maintain professional relationships with all Specialty and supporting colleagues.

  • Train core curriculum learning programs for a specific business unit using a variety of delivery methods to promote learning transfer, primarily in a virtual setting; Facilitate all learning content in a manner consistent with the approved course design
  • Coach learners to achieve desired skill proficiency in both classrooms and on-the-job training environments
  • Provide daily and weekly feedback as outlined in SOP documents
  • Drives training-related functions regarding attendance, performance tracking, follow-up communication to learner and learner\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s leadership, and anything pertinent to the success of the business
  • Actively participates in curriculum walkthroughs and train-the-trainer sessions to prepare for the delivery of virtual learning programs
  • Responsible for providing coverage for all new hires and on-the-job training classes on an as-needed basis (See \xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x9cSchedule Adherence \xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x93 Exempt Employees\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x9d section below)
  • Submit maintenance tickets per SOP to ensure updates, questions or concerns to content are flagged
  • Assist the design and development teams with new learning programs or revisions of current programs by reviewing and providing timely feedback to curriculum developers on learning enhancements using established processes for maintenance
  • Participates in development efforts; seeks opportunities to improve training skills; reviews facilitator evaluations and class results for self-development and improvement; Conduct self and peer observations
  • Conduct and participate in 1-on-1\'s, team and department meetings, follow-up conversations with Employee Relations (ER) and other members of People Ops on as needed basis
  • Ensure all outstanding questions or action items discussed during training are answered or addressed accurately with the learners and support team
  • Administer course evaluations, assign learner course completions, and Workday tasks as assigned
  • Build and sustain working relationships with business partners and colleagues through continuous communication and reporting
  • Lead the learning environment that you are facilitating including performance, attendance, and behavior
  • Use your experience and resources to address issues or concerns brought to you by learners
  • Maintain proficiency in handling customer contacts by participating in both roleplay and live customer settings.

  • 2+ years of front-line supervisory experience, managing behaviors, performance, and attendance
  • Experience explaining complicated products/services and concepts to others
  • Demonstrates self-reliance and resourcefulness
  • Assessing the work performance of their trainees and identifying areas that need improvement ensuring that business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met
  • Proactively working to build diversity through their interaction with others and actively demonstrating value for individuals at all levels and backgrounds modeling GoDaddy\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s core values consistently
  • Sophisticated verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong coaching, feedback, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Practicing knowledge of adult learning principles and their application in the classroom and in course development
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills for multi-demand and multi-priority environment
  • Adaptable and flexible to evolve as business evolves with ability to navigate self and others through change
