Training Development/instructional Design Associate Intern

Job Description

Position Summary



We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company. The primary function of the Intern is to assist and support specific departments to increase your knowledge and skill set. Depending on the department, you will be responsible for conducting research, updating, and maintaining spreadsheets, and assisting with clerical duties. You will also be asked to work on special projects and tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities



Perform front desk duties, including answering the administrative office phone line and greeting guests Sort and distribute incoming mail and drop off outgoing mail and FedEx Order office supplies and business cards Assist departments with projects and tasks and act as support as needs arise Enter and review data in spreadsheets

Basic Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to organize work and manage time effectively Self-starter able to work independently with limited supervision Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
