Job Description

  • The Training Coordinator supports enterprise learning across multiple programs and locations. This role partners closely with leaders and teams to schedule, deliver, track, and continuously improve training, helping employees build skills that advance our mission and outcomes.
Job Duties:
  • Coordinate learning logistics end-to-end: build training calendars, schedule rooms/virtual links, manage invitations/rosters, arrange materials, and confirm attendance.
  • Own the LMS administration (or training tracker): create sessions, enroll participants, maintain course catalogs, track completion, and generate reports.
  • Support onboarding & refresher cycles: ensure new-hire training is scheduled and required compliance modules are completed on time.
  • Facilitate and host sessions: greet speakers, kick off classes/webinars, manage chat and Q&A, and capture evaluations.
  • Partner across the enterprise: collaborate with program leaders, HR, Quality/Compliance, IT, and Communications to align training needs and timelines.
  • Instructor coordination: source and schedule external trainers; manage statements of work, materials, and evaluation follow-ups.
  • Quality & evaluation: collect feedback (surveys, attendance data), track outcomes, and recommend improvements.
  • Content support: format slide decks, job aids, and sign-in sheets; ensure accessibility/branding standards.
  • Data & reporting: maintain accurate records; produce monthly dashboards on completions, overdue items, and training impact.
  • Continuous improvement: spot process gaps, propose solutions, and proactively implement better ways of working.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA or BSBA preferred) - not required with equivalent experience.
  • Three or more years as a Training Coordinator or in a closely related role (e.g., L&D operations, LMS administrator, HR coordinator with training focus).
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident working with staff at all levels.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom/Teams), and comfort learning an LMS or training tracker.
  • Ability to work on-site in Omaha, NE, with occasional travel to Nebraska locations as needed.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Hybrid work environment (in office, in community, and remote).
  • Company-issued laptop and cell phone.
  • Travel to various office locations to meet client needs, as needed / as applicable by region.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends to meet client needs (as directed).
