We are growing and looking to add a Training Coordinator to our headquarters team in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

JOB SUMMARY
The Training Coordinator supports our students, instructors, host agencies, and training operations before, during, and after each FBI-LEEDA class. This role manages registration, communication, materials, data, and course logistics for classes held nationwide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate communications with students and instructors; ensure accurate and timely information exchange
Manage student inquiries, registrations, class rosters, and certificates
Maintain and update student data, class schedules, rosters, and new class postings across Google Sheets, YourMembership (YM), and the Deputy app
Manage Trilogy database and award processing
Update class workbooks, presentation slides, and certificate templates as needed
Coordinate and ship all classroom materials; manage supply orders and FedEx labels/tracking
Create, review, and distribute SurveyMonkey links
Assist with onboarding new instructors
Support class and instructor scheduling
Work with Microsoft Forms and collaborate with Finance on invoicing
Perform other duties consistent with the role as assigned by the management team

Ability to travel once or twice per year (<10%) for conferences
