Purpose of this position

:

This position is responsible for support of the Training & Development Department. Position is responsible for the following duties: maintenance of LMS systems, employee requirements tracking, maintaining training materials as needed, and facilitating trainings, workshops, and with any/all departmental needs as delegated by the Director of Employee Development.


Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

Knowledge of basic computer skills Ability to follow written and verbal instruction Ability to work independently and perform all duties as assigned Training, teaching, and facilitating workshops as needed

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant human serves field; OR Associate's Degree in Human Services field with 5 years of clinical or teaching experience; OR a high school diploma with 10 years of clinical or teaching experience.

* Must have FA/CPR/AED and BLS Instructor Certification and Safe Crisis Management Instructor Certification, or obtain shortly after hire
