The Technical Training Specialist position is a key role within PETNET Solutions. The employee will be enhancing the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs to improve workplace performance in a highly technical and regulated manufacturing environment.Performs needs analysis, design and development, implementation and evaluation of complex technical training activities for employees and customers. Facilitates individual and group technical training courses and activities for employees and customers manufacturing PET biomarkers. Develops training materials to include training handbooks, job aids, models, multimedia visual aids, computer and web-based tutorials, and standard operating procedures. Monitors the effectiveness of course materials, reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials. Partners with Subject Matter Experts to develop technical training materials that meet all regulatory requirements following the ADDIE training model. Works cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and PET manufacturing facilities to successfully implement strategic initiatives. Monitors and maintains Learning Management System utilized by Siemens USA. Works in compliance with all regulatory standards including EH&S, cGMP, Radiation Safety, applicable pharmacy laws, DOT, and internal policies and interpretations of the above as required.

The base pay range for this position is:


Min $74,350 - Max $111,530
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.


If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
