Harmony Gardens is hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Trained Medication Aides (TMAs)/ Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in our brand-new building in Maplewood, MN. We offer on-the job training, benefits, and a $1,000 Bonus. Join our 4-star rated campus today!

Our new campus opened in December 2022 and is only 2 miles away from Maplewood Mall, beautiful parks (Hazelwood and Harvest Park), and a variety of dining options. Our new state-of-the-art senior living community includes independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and long-term care options.

There are Full-Time (Day) and Part-Time (Day and Evening) positions available working varied schedules including every other weekend.

TMA/ CNA responsibilities:

• Prepare and administer medications in accordance with Harmony Gardens policies.
• Review and follow a written care plan.
• Measure and record vital signs including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure on new computerized software.
• Assist with various resident cares such as answering light calls, feeding and helping residents to the bathroom.
• Observe resident behavior and report any changes in condition or behavior to supervisor.
• Complete some work as a CNA.
• Perform other duties as requested.

TMA/ CNA skills and requirements:

• Must hold current, valid TMA/CMA certificate in the state of Minnesota.
• Must have completed a minimum of 1,000 hours as a CNA.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Team player who has a passion for elder care and adapts quickly to changing situations.
