Traffic Control Plan Design Specialist

TCP Design Specialist

, you'll be responsible for developing safe, compliant, and effective

Traffic Control Plans

to support construction, maintenance, and special event projects. Your designs will help ensure the safety of workers, drivers, and pedestrians while keeping traffic moving smoothly.

Responsibilities

Design and draft Traffic Control Plans (TCPs). Ensure all plans comply with the (MUTCD). Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Field Supervisors, and Government Agencies. Manage Traffic Control Plan queue. Review project scope, site conditions, and traffic impacts. Update and revise TCPs as project conditions change. Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and coworkers. Provide technical support to setup supervisor during implementation of plans. Stay current with roadway safety standards, temporary traffic control requirements, and industry best practices. Expand / Grow Traffic Control Plan Design nationwide.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work within an office environment in a positive and willingly flexible manner.
