We are looking for motivated, reliable, hard-working team players.

Valid Driver's License
Reliable, exclusive use personal vehicle
Authorized to work in the United States
Phone with current data plan
Required Attributes
Punctuality
- Typical shifts are weekdays beginning between 6 and 8 AM
Team player
- Moving with a purpose and working well as a team is imperative
Physically capable
- We set our own work zones
- Standing for long periods of time
- 100% outdoor job
- Lift up to 40 lbs
Hours
Job assignments are dispatched every afternoon for the following day
Shift lengths depend on our contractors' needs
Required Equipment to Begin
Hard Hat
Class 3 Retroreflective Vest
Retroreflective Stop/Slow Paddle
Over the ankle lace-up work boots
Smartphone with current data plan
We provide vests, hard hats and paddles at cost and on payment
Compensation and Benefits
$21.50/hour minimum with incremental raises
Up to $39/hour for premium shifts
Health insurance after 90 days
Free flagger certification class upon hire
We conduct background checks and are a drug free company
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.50 - $31.00 per hour
