RoadSafe Traffic Systems is the largest provider of traffic control and pavement marking services in the United States. Our national network of 60 branches supports government, private, special event, utility and railroad projects in over 40 states.

We are looking to hire General Labor/Flagger team members to help us safeguard the roads of America! Below is a quick snapshot of pay / benefits / and position description.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The general laborers will unload and load supplies and equipment for company and vendor trucks, perform flagging out on roads, keep shop and yard organized, assist with pickups and deliveries.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Set-up signs, cones, etc. around work areas to divert traffic Follow all safety rules and regulations and wear proper safety equipment ( work boots - 6 inch with safety toe, hard hat and safety vest) Without supervision must be able to set up and perform flagger position at job site based on site plan and or contractor directions Lifts, carries, loads and unloads various construction items including line painting supplies, signs, tools, steel, aluminum, wood and hardware, etc. Prepares, cleans and sweeps work areas and maintain a neat, orderly, work environment. Make sure trucks are loaded with proper equipment for set tasks. Organizing inventory and shelves Ensure yard is organized and kept clean. Assist with product inventory Ensure all safety rules and procedures are adhered to at all times. Perform other work related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Valid Drivers License Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, DOT Physical Ability to understand and follow directions as given Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends) Excellent attendance required, dependable transportation, good work ethic

Position Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 Per Hour

Pay Cycle: Weekly + Daily Pay
