Overview

McNabb Flooring has been in the event flooring business for over 70 years, installing premium temporary flooring for some of the biggest trade shows and events across the country. We opened our Las Vegas facility in 2018, and we're now rebuilding our team and expanding the capabilities of our local operation.

We're looking for a City Manager / Install Supervisor to help lead that effort -- someone who can build and manage a reliable union labor crew, oversee flooring installations, and ensure every project in Vegas is done right, on time, and up to McNabb's premium standards.

Responsibilities

o Build, organize, and lead a union flooring installation team for trade shows and special events. Oversee all phases of installations from offloading and layout to fit and finish. Track labor hours, crew schedules, and job progress during installs. Help plan upcoming shows, coordinate manpower, and manage on-site logistics. Work directly with clients and show management to ensure installs stay on schedule and meet McNabb's quality expectations. Handle post-show recaps, labor tracking, and job reports.

Experience

Proven experience in event marketing and planning is essential. o Experience in trade show I&D, construction, or flooring work. Strong leadership skills; able to motivate and direct crews. Union member or solid understanding of union labor structure. Organized, dependable, and willing to work hands-on when needed. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
