Responsibilities
Support B2B marketing efforts through targeted advertising sales initiatives and performance tracking.
Route Management:
Plan, organize, and manage routes to meet with clients and trade partners efficiently.
Proposal Management:
Prepare, present, and manage business proposals to secure new clients and partnerships.
Trade Supplier Sourcing:
Identify and develop relationships with trade suppliers and partners to support marketing and promotional activities.
Market Expansion:
Actively bring new clients and trade providers to the market, increasing business opportunities and partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of trade marketing campaigns and client onboarding.
Track and report on trade marketing performance and business development results.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility in Puerto Rico.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
.
At least 3 years of experience
in marketing, B2B sales, or trade marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Bilingual in
Spanish and English
preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Willing to visit clients.
