At Kahuhipa Land Management, we provide site maintenance services and support sustainable agricultural at some of Hawaii's largest clean energy (solar) projects

We are looking for hardworking and mechanically minded Part-Time or Full-Time Tractor & Landscape Equipment Operators. Tractor or riding mower experience is preferred, but we will train if you have basic landscaping experience!

Primary Responsibilities

:

With minimal supervision, management and execution of vegetation management.
Duties include: mowing using tractors, various pull-behind cutters, zeroturn mowers, and weedwackers. Operate RTV and perform spot spraying of herbicides.

Perform maintenance of equipment

Follow all safety procedures and policies

Perform other duties as required

Ability to:

Safely operate agricultural and landscaping equipment

Multitask, make quick decisions, and work under pressure

Read and understand service manuals

Perform maintenance using various hand and power tools, occasionally under equipment

Understand and follow oral and written directions

Lift up to 50 lbs

Working Conditions

:

Outdoors in various weather conditions

Requires travel to various sites across Oahu

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

High school diploma or have a GED

Valid Driver's license required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
