Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Town Patrolman / Maintenance individual to join the Municipality of City Point. This role requires strong mechanical, organizational skills, with an attention to detail and the ability to preventatively maintain equipment. Additionally the ideal candidate possesses the ability to respond effectively to weather conditions, and a commitment to upholding safety standards.

Maintain town equipment General road maintenance Project management skills Process / deliver garbage to transfer station Snowplow and sand roads

Qualifications

CDL (minimum Class B) Previous road maintenance experience Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong mechanical knowledge, with an attention to detail Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail Understanding the requirements to maintain roads Must complete pre-employment physical and subsequent random drug screening Must live within a 30 mile radius

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
