Neocom Solutions provides a direct deployment solution for the wireless and wireline industry.

Overview:

We are looking for Tower Technicians to work in our Georgia market, with travel to other markets as needed. Must be able to meet project deadlines and to respond to any type of network tower outage. Candidate must be physically fit, enjoy climbing and have no fear of heights. Will train a qualified candidate. Tasks, which can include installing or upgrading antennas, installing network cabling and using electronic test equipment to inspect the tower\xe2\x80\x99s operation.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and servicing or wired and wireless equipment in the field
• Identifying problems and performing maintenance of network equipment
• Basic knowledge of equipment configuration/integration
• Performs testing of equipment and communication lines
• Basic knowledge of Installation Procedures and Quality Standards
• Must complete ComTrain certification
• Must complete CPR training. OSHA training and required Safety training

Qualifications

• Electronic technician or technologist certification or diploma preferred
• Previous telecommunications or construction experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to travel (mandatory)
• Ability to work weekends as needed (mandatory)
