Tower Operations Foreman

Overview
Seeking an experienced Tower Climber Foreman to lead crews in wireless construction, installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs on towers, rooftops, water tanks, and small-cell sites.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise tower crews Ensure safety, quality, and on-time project completion Plan job logistics and materials Complete reports, closeouts, and site documentation Communicate with Construction Managers
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
Advanced knowledge of wireless RF communications & RFDS Skilled in antenna, base station, microwave, and power system installation Ability to follow MOPs and perform construction/repair tasks Comfortable working at heights (150'+) and remote locations Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Willing to travel for 4-6 week rotations Valid driver's license; able to tow trailers Able to lift 50-100 lbs Proficient with wireless tools and test equipment
Required Certifications
OSHA 10/30 Certified Tower Climber NWSA TTT1 (minimum)
Pay: $28.67 - $34.00 per hour
