Southern Electric & Construction, LLC is a small business where we are a family that is Technology driven in the Wireless Communications Industry.

The ideal candidate will be committed to meeting customer expectations and providing reliable information and services. Responsibilities include but not limited to maintaining and repairing the customers cell sites which include swapping out antenna, radio's, sweep/PIM testing and any other troubleshooting necessary to correct the problem.

Requirements:

Possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Pass background and drug test. Not afraid of heights. Climbing certification (preferred). RF Certifications (preferred). OSHA30/ OSHA10 (preferred). CPR/First aid (preferred). Verizon Wireless experience. (preferred).
Responsibilities:

Install, test and maintain cellular network including coax, radio, fiber, antennas and related equipment. Provide technical support by working with vendors' service centers/technicians to resolve any issues that may arise. Ability to run test equipment (Sweeps, PIM, Fiber, Microwave, etc.) Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Maintain 100% safety procedures included but not limited to inspection of climbing gear and tools before use. Travel throughout the market with very limited overnight stays. Climb cell phone towers 100-300 ft using PFAS while following strict safety procedures and guidelines implemented by the company per OSHA and any other standards required.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
