Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge, along with excellent customer service skills. As a Tow Truck Operator, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient towing services and ensure the proper handling of vehicles.

Responsibilities

Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional models, to safely transport vehicles. Load and unload vehicles with care to prevent damage during transport. Utilize conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with customers professionally. Maintain accurate records of towing activities and vehicle conditions. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding services rendered. Conduct routine maintenance checks on tow trucks to ensure they are in good working condition. Assist with basic automotive repairs as needed, leveraging mechanic experience.

Experience

Proven experience in tow truck operation. Valid driver's license & clean driving record. DOT Card. Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair is highly desirable. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Excellent driving record with the ability to navigate various road conditions. Previous experience in customer service roles is essential for effective communication with clients.
