Pay

: As our Tow Truck Operator - Roadside Assistance Technician, you'll earn

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a full-time towing position with various shifts available to support our

24/7 operations

. Shifts may include mornings (7 am-4 pm, 8 am-5 pm, or 9 am-5 pm), evenings, nights, and occasional weekends. Overtime opportunities are available, and some flexibility is required to accommodate customer needs.


As our Tow Truck Operator - Roadside Assistance Technician, you'll be responsible for safely operating tow trucks to recover and relocate vehicles, responding promptly to service calls, and providing roadside assistance in a professional and efficient manner. You'll communicate with dispatchers and work closely with teammates to ensure customer needs are met while adhering to safety protocols. Each day will present unique challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact on the lives of those you assist.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A TOW TRUCK OPERATOR - ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE TECHNICIAN

Our company is searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

18+ years old Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Previous experience driving, mechanical knowledge, customer service skills, and effective communication skills are a plus!
