We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Operator to join our team. As a Tow Truck Operator, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and providing assistance to drivers in need. This role requires a commitment to safety and efficiency while delivering exceptional service to our customers. Must have a

clean

driving record, Insurance will NOT cover anyone who has tickets.

Duties

Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional tow vehicles, to transport disabled or improperly parked vehicles. Load and unload vehicles safely and securely, ensuring no damage occurs during transport. Provide roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery. Maintain accurate records of all towing activities and customer interactions. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding vehicle status and estimated arrival times. Manage conflicts with customers professionally, ensuring a positive experience even in challenging situations. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on tow trucks to ensure they are in safe operating condition.

Qualifications

Proven conflict management skills to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively. Experience operating tow trucks and understanding of towing regulations is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed. Must have a valid chauffeur's license

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
