Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient operations across various towing assignments. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

Duties

Operate flatbed and tow trucks to recover and transport vehicles safely and efficiently Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or winches Perform basic automotive diagnostics and minor repairs when necessary Maintain accurate records of all towing activities and vehicle conditions Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients courteously and professionally Manage conflict resolution effectively in high-pressure situations Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during operations Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are met

Experience

Proven experience operating tow trucks, especially flatbed models Mechanical knowledge with automotive repair skills preferred Experience with manual transmissions and automotive diagnostics advantageous Commercial driving experience with a valid driver's license required Familiarity with automotive repair tools, forklifts, and load & unload procedures beneficial Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively Prior experience in roadside assistance or vehicle recovery is a plus

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
