Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all aspects of tour operations, including itinerary planning, scheduling, and on-site management Serve as the main liaison between travelers, local vendors, guides, and team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination Deliver engaging public speaking sessions to inform and motivate tour groups about destinations, history, culture, and safety protocols Provide outstanding customer service by addressing traveler needs promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and creating a welcoming environment Manage time effectively to keep tours on schedule while allowing flexibility for spontaneous experiences or adjustments Conduct educational activities by teaching about local customs, history, or language to enrich the travel experience Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly valued to communicate effectively with diverse groups from different backgrounds

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in guiding or managing groups in travel or hospitality settings Excellent public speaking and communication skills to engage audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Exceptional time management skills to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously Ability to speak multiple languages or fluency in at least two languages is preferred Demonstrated teaching ability or experience in educational settings related to travel or cultural exchange Bilingual proficiency is a significant advantage for communicating with international travelers

Pay: $23.50 - $28.31 per hour
