Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Conduct guided tours at La Pared Beach, providing interesting and informative commentary

- Prepare equipment for tours, make sure customers are also following protocols of caring for these and at the end of the day rinse and store equipment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants throughout the duration of the tour
- Answer questions and provide assistance to tour participants as needed
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
- Adhere to established tour schedules and itineraries
- Collect and validate tickets or payments from tour participants
- Maintain accurate records of tour attendance
- Assist with the coordination of group tours and special events
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall tour experience

Skills:

- Lifeguard and First Aid recommended

- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Familiarity with phone systems for effective communication with customers and colleagues
- Ability to file and transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and record keeping
