Here is how the Total Rewards Intern role will impact our business:

The Total Rewards Intern will support the Compensation, Benefits and Payroll team in delivering programs that attract, retain, and reward our employees. This role provides hands-on experience in two major projects slated for 2026 including the HRIS/Payroll implementation and a Total Compensation Project.

The Total Rewards Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Compensation Support

+ Assist with compensation benchmarking and market research.
+ Support the preparation of reports, salary structures, and compensation review materials.
+ Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

Data Analysis

+ Compile and analyze HR
+ Perform audits to ensure integrity of HR and benefits data.

Project & Process Support

+ Contribute to ongoing projects such as technology enhancements and program rollouts.
+ Provide administrative support for team meetings, documentation, and presentations.
+ Suggest opportunities for process improvements.

Required Experience and Skills:

Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a field of study related to Human Resource Management Must have at least completed sophomore year at an accredited 4-year degree program prior to the start of the internship (if an undergraduate student) Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 or above Additional experience in clubs and campus activities and organizations also preferred Remote work is being offered for this opportunity




Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee.



Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
