Responsibilities
Assist clients with listing, selling, and marketing residential properties
Conduct home valuations, market analyses, showings, and open houses
Create and execute effective marketing strategies (MLS, social media, digital ads)
Negotiate offers and manage contracts through closing
Maintain organized records of listings and transactions using team systems
Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
Stay informed on local market trends and real estate regulations
Qualifications
Real estate experience preferred (but not required if motivated)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Comfort with technology, digital marketing, and CRM tools
High customer service standards and professionalism
Knowledge of Fair Housing and real estate law is a plus
