Job Title:
Toolsetter/Operator- New Process
Location/s:
Hopkinsville KY USA - Pembroke Rd

• Duties include setting up, operating and adjusting cold forming and supplementary machinery to produce a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metal products.
• Diagnose and remedy any operating and tooling difficulties and be responsible for proper machine operation.
• Insert and properly adjust punches, dies and cutters.
• Touch up tools to make parts to specifications.
• Make new parts and heat treat as necessary.
• Install new coils of wire into machine, removing finished product to designated storage areas.
• Lubricate machines as required.
• Perform all inspection requirements to ensure that parts meet specifications visually and dimensionally with micrometer and other testing equipment.
• Responsible for quality of production.
• Work from drawings, specifications and verbal instructions.
• Perform safe work practices. Keep necessary production and quality records.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• May perform other work related to the job. Must be able to work overtime if needed.
