is seeking an experienced

Tool Room Associate C.

Update and ensure preventative mold maintenance on all molds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Include the following. Must be able to do full rotation. Other duties may be assigned. Load and unload trucks - have packing slip on all outgoing molds. Be on 24-hour call. Be able to trouble shoot electrical/hydraulic systems on molds. Review all new tools to Port Huron standard and document. Anything deemed necessary for the safe, efficient operation of the plant, including using or wearing all PPE including hard hat. It is the responsibility of all employees to take corrective action for all non-conforming items identified by the employee. Perform other duties as required for the safe, efficient operation of the plant and its employees. Perform other duties and responsibilities as they relate to overall efficiency Plant Operation. Environmental Responsibilities- Cooperation with action team directives. Familiar with evacuation plans. Trained in clean-up modules. Familiar with environmental plant postings. Supervisory Responsibilities- In the event that this position becomes vacant, the Tool Leader A will resume responsibilities. Complete and document mold preventative maintenance.

Good mechanical abilities. Understands all aspects of a tool build. Understands proper way of using equipment in tool room. Complete required training as required. Education and/or Experience- One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations- Hi lo license, rigging, and crane training required
