Job Description

Ensures that all tools are built or modified to client specifications and is able to run as efficiently as possible.
Verify dimensions, alignments, etc. of mold to ensure conformance to specifications.
Milling (We have TRAK mills that work manually and conversationally)
Lathe (We have a TRAK lathe that is manual and conversational)
Fit and finish work on new molds.
Timing in shut offs on new molds
Being able to repair molds unassisted.

Required Skills & Experience:

Ability to read, speak and write English.
Knowledge of plastic injection molding industry.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, including reading blueprints.
Be proficient in the use of machinist hand tools and measuring instruments.
Experience with a wide range of machining processes such as milling, turning, grinding, process planning, inspection and safety factors.
Ability to lift up to 55lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
