JOB OPENING Maintenance Inventory Clerk White Castle Distributing, LLC - Louisville, KY

Non-exempt Position

The Maintenance Clerk/Coordinator organizes and manages the spare parts inventory; this includes the organization of repair manuals and the entire parts area.
What we are looking for:

• High School diploma or GED;
• Must be able to maintain a professional relationship with vendors;
• Computer knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office programs is required;
• Inventory control experience is preferred;
• Must be able to stand 50% and sit 50% with occasional bending and twisting;
• May need to wear hearing protection and safety glasses occasionally.

What you will do:

• Organize parts inventories and related areas;
• Work with equipment vendors to develop spare parts inventories which allow for minimum interruptions to production;
• Prepare requisitions and order parts and supplies that meet food safety requirements for Maintenance Department;
• Maintain maintenance files in plant maintenance computer, including detailed service and parts manuals.
