Our Naples, ME, location is currently hiring for a Tool and Equipment Service Pro What we are looking for:

• Provide service to customers in Equipment Rental which includes writing customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs.
• Check to make sure the equipment is operating properly and demonstrating its proper use (as needed).
• Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventative measures to machine or equipment users.
• Support customer repair needs and maintenance of equipment in the tool rental department.
• Ensure units are repaired, tested for the quality of the repair prior to being returned to the customer.
• Sell, service, and supply parts for Milwaukee, Toro, Ego, Stihl, John Deere, and Honda power equipment.
• Repair Riding Lawn Mowers, Walk Behind Lawn Mowers and other Outdoor Power Equipment such as Trimmers, Pressure Washers, Blowers, Chain Saws, and Generators.
• Perform preventive maintenance, and keep all tools and small engines clean, safe, and operational.
• Operate a forklift with proper training.

What we are looking for from you:

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities required.
• Lawn Mower/Tractor or small engine maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of small engines and their components.
• Aptitude in using various hand tools.
• Ability to stand and walk in a store consistently for up to 4 hours or more at a time.
• Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Forklift certification is a plus, you will get certified through training.
• Strong customer service skills.
