About the Role



We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented

Toll Supervisor

to oversee toll system operations and support the execution of toll-related projects. This role plays a key part in contract management, equipment and system oversight, operational analysis, and ensuring compliance with performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Project Implementation Support



Actively participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of toll system implementation projects, upgrades, and operational enhancements. Assist in the integration of new technologies and systems, ensuring alignment with functional and operational requirements. Collaborate with vendors, technical teams, and internal stakeholders during testing, validation, and go-live activities. Document processes, issues, and outcomes to ensure traceability and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Contract Management & KPI Oversight



Manage contracts related to toll systems, including technology providers, maintenance services, and operational support. Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct performance audits and prepare compliance reports with recommended corrective actions. Serve as the operational point of contact for vendors, facilitating issue resolution and tracking commitments.

Operations Supervision



Oversee daily toll operations to ensure service continuity and transaction accuracy. Coordinate incident response, ensuring efficiency and proper documentation. Supervise the performance of roadside equipment (RSE) and back-office systems, including data validation, reconciliation, and customer support.

Analysis & Reporting



Analyze maintenance, performance, and operational reports to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare structured reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of operational activities, incidents, and corrective actions.

Qualifications



Degree in Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in toll operations, infrastructure systems, or contract/project management is preferred.

Ability to identify inconsistencies and ensure accuracy across systems and documentation.

Audit & Compliance:

Skilled in reviewing processes, identifying gaps, and ensuring adherence to standards.

Pattern Recognition:

Ability to detect operational trends and anomalies through data analysis.

Analytical Thinking:

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex data.

Documentation & Reporting:

Proficient in preparing clear and structured reports.

Communication:

Effective verbal and written communication skills for internal coordination and vendor management.

Technical Familiarity:

Understanding of tolling technologies, roadside equipment, and back-office systems.
