We are looking for fun and energetic Toddler Assistant!!

Do you enjoy exploring new things? Do you like seeing someone's eyes sparkle when they learn something new? Do you like having fun? If you like those things, you may like being a Toddler Teacher!!

As a Toddler Assistant, you get to sit on the floor and play with children. Everytime you walk into the classroom, you will be greeted like you haven't been seen in months! Our Toddler Teachers have the biggest fan club!!! Of course you may also be shown love by being a tissue and when you are changing diapers - but even those moments can be so rewarding!

In this season of growth, we are looking for fun Toddler Assistants to assist the teachers to help inspire our Tods to learn and grow! As well as partner with families to help support them and ease any concerns that they may have.

Having a strong team of teachers is our cornerstone! Our teachers define who we are and what the children will learn through their journey with us. We are looking for teachers who want to be a part of a legacy in the life of each child.

About the Position

Our desire is to have creative, engaging and loving teachers who create classrooms filled with flexible routines and ways to make learning fun! Our curriculum is designed to build a foundation of learning by introducing academic skills through hands on activities, increasing their independence and play skills, and introducing Bible stories. It also allows teachers to use their creativity to create a classroom that invites children into learning and growing everyday!

We also know that toddlers love to play! So a teacher who loves to play and enjoy the little moments is perfect for this position!

This is for an assistant or co-teacher in the classroom. Our goal is to have teachers work together to create a a day filled with fun, learning and meeting the children's needs

Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs

Sit on the floor and scrunch down to meet any child's needs.

CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
