About the Position:

As a To Go Team Member, you will coordinate our entire carry out station and ensure that our carry out guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will take phone orders, assist guests in choosing menu items, ensure order accuracy, pack orders, handle third party delivery orders, and deliver prompt and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist carry out guests Take accurate orders over the phone, as well as online and delivery orders Answer phone calls in a friendly and prompt manner Enter orders into the computer system efficiently Estimate pick up times for guests Package food and beverages promptly and accurately Ensure all items are prepared correctly and in a timely manner, following our cafe's standards Communicate professionally with guests to determine their needs and help them with menu selections Handle cash and credit transactions accurately Practice safe food and beverage handling Address customer service issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary Assist in prepping sauces, stock, and catering orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

Neat and well-groomed appearance in company-approved uniform Proficient in operating POS computer systems and handling transactions Ability to read menu items Able to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, and cleaning duties Excellent phone skills and ability to hear
