About The Role




Maintain data in Pro-quote include pricing and functionality. Manage internal sales order process from quoting through acknowledgement. Provide excellent customer service and technical sales support for district sales managers, dealers, and customers.

Responsibilities



Work with Engineering to verify accuracy of descriptions and pricing in Infor. Communicate and resolve functionality issues with Impac. Handle calls from customers, dealers and sales staff providing technical and operational support of Trail King products. Assist dealers and customers with general trailer questions, dealer locations, and trailer lead times. Price check new orders. Review quotes for accuracy. Process trailer orders including order entry, change order pricing and entry, and order acknowledgements. Verify specifications and resolves customer questions on orders and acknowledgments. Communicate effectively with various departments to determine feasibility of change orders and other requests. Assume additional responsibilities as needed.

Candidate Requirements




Minimum 1 year office-related experience with a high school degree or equivalent. Proficient with Microsoft Suite. Knowledge of trailer models, options and applications preferred. Working knowledge of pricing, discounting, and federal excise tax preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others. Excellent oral and written communication and comprehension skills.
