About the Role:
The Title Searcher is responsible for researching and examining public records to determine legal ownership and identify any liens, judgments, or encumbrances that may affect title to real estate. Your work helps ensure every closing is clear, compliant, and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct accurate title searches and document findings.
Review deeds, mortgages, liens, easements, and other recorded documents.
Prepare clear and concise title reports for the examination team.
Communicate findings and resolve title issues in coordination with processors and examiners.
Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
Job Requirements:
? Some experience in real estate, title, or related legal research
? Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
? Excellent communication and documentation skills.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches at once.
