Overview:
Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking a Title Examiner for Florida Title Production to join its Maitland, FL office. Duties:
Searching and Examining.
Use our Title plant and our Production software to create title packages and reports.
Work with our offshore team.
Customer service.
Search our title plant and public records for legal documents related to property.
Examine those documents for validity and accuracy.
Prepare reports that outline actions needed to clear title.
Report any defects or discrepancies in the title chain.
Education:
High school diploma.
Experience:
3-5 years of Florida Title.
Knowledge and understanding of Foreclosures, Probates and Bankruptcy and how those affect title.
Experience with Title Point and Title Wave a plus, but not necessary.
